The Story
A Carlton Italian-American restaurant from the Bar Liberty team, built around square pizzas: a Grandma Square with stracciatella and basil vodka sauce, a 'Roni with pepperoni and pickled chilli, a Spud with confit potato, garlic cream and horseradish, a vodka-sauce dipper alongside. The pasta runs seasonal and a little left-field, campanelle with honey nut pumpkin, lumache with a white lamb ragu, and the drinks carry the Liberty pedigree: a tight, mostly-Italian natural wine list and a house tiramisu amaro.
