Ratio roasts cocoa and makes chocolate from the bean at its Brunswick factory, where the café sits alongside the production floor. The bars are single origin, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu among them, with a Melbourne house blend and a vegan mylk line, plus drinking chocolate and coated chocolate.
