The Story
Inside Bowral's century-old Berida Hotel, Bistro Sociale serves European bistro cooking with a French lean, built on Southern Highlands produce. White tablecloths and Riedel glassware set the tone, and the wine list reaches from Highlands vineyards to Bordeaux and Tuscany.
