A woodfired pizzeria on Australia Street in Newtown, open Wednesday to Sunday from 5pm and named on the Sydney Morning Herald's Good Food Critics' Pick list for 2026. The menu is short, seasonal and produce-led: a clean Margherita, an 'nduja with ricotta and thyme, spanner crab when it's in, charred baby cos and marinated tomatoes alongside, a red pepper chimichurri turning up on the rotation. The pizzas change with what's good.
