The Story
Soren and Sabine ran George Street Bistro in East Fremantle for a decade before opening this small, dinner-only room at the river end of Preston Street. The anchor dish — oven-roasted duck in port prune jus with braised red cabbage and dumpling — has held its place on the menu for over 20 years. A five-course degustation with matched wines is the natural way in.
