The Story
The Erceg family bought a run-down Forrestdale property in 2020—old house, hay shed, stables—and rebuilt it around permaculture principles. The hay shed is now Cubby Café; the stables are becoming The Good Paddock Restaurant Brewery. Over 300 animals work the land. Rescued cubby houses form a village for children. The food is grown here.
