The Story
A speciality food and drink stop run by Jon and Gill Atkinson on a rural property at William Bay, 18km west of Denmark. Everything is made on site under their own labels: toffee and confectionery, A Bit on the Side sauces and preserves, Elephants Rock cider, gin from The Right Distillery, and burgers and ice cream from the ERCC bar. Open for tastings, lunch and take-home stock Thursday to Monday.
