The Story
Walk in any day between 10 and 3 to the farm shop at Cambray Cheese, 12km outside Nannup in the South West WA forest country — taste the award-winning range from Western Australia's only sheep milk producers. Farmhouse Gold (2025 national "From the Dairy" prize at the delicious. Produce Awards, plus three other 2025 medals), Gouda, Blackwood Blue, Mount Folly, plus the soft cheeses — Brie, Camembert, Washed Rind. Watch cheesemaking through viewing windows inside the shop and from outside the building. Fresh figs, Nashi pears and navel oranges from the orchard, grass-fed beef from the property, sheep milk soap handmade from their own ewes. Stay overnight at the farm stay to make a weekend of it.
