Warwick Muir started The Wood Fiery Redhead as a Hobart food truck in 2017, putting American low-and-slow barbecue on the road. The operation works the greater Hobart area with street service, posting each week's pitch on Facebook, and caters weddings, festivals and parties around Tasmania. Most of the menu is gluten free.
