Piper Lane Cafe

A café down a Marine Terrace laneway, reached through the Roma Gifts shop out front, run by Caroline since 2017. Inside is a warren of rooms: a bustling main floor, a 1940s lounge, and a sunny garden off the lane. The kitchen turns out inventive breakfasts and a cabinet of cakes that change weekly, with Five Senses coffee and plenty for vegan and gluten-free diners. Fully licensed, with local 30 Knots spirits and live music on Friday nights.
