Pigeon Hole

93 Goulburn Street West Hobart, Hobart TAS, Hobart City TAS
The Story

Richard and Belinda Weston bought this West Hobart cafe to sell what they grow — seasonally, on organic and biodynamic principles at their farm 25 kilometres north of the city. The menu follows the paddock: cucumber pickles, fermented chilli paste, smoked paprika. Chairs were made by Derwent Valley chairmaker Jon Grant, modelled on a George Peddle Windsor design from 1884.
