5 Acres Bar & Kitchen

5 Acres sits on the site of the old Wandiligong Maze — closed when the maze trees were taken out for disease — in the small heritage village in the valley below Bright. The Dining Room runs an a la carte long lunch from inside a classic rotunda; outside, five acres of botanical-style garden host a Garden Grazing menu of cheese boards and small plates on picnic rugs and the verandah, with me&u beacons for table service among the old roses. Lunch only, Thursday to Monday, until roughly 4pm. Closes annually through winter and reopens in spring. The same owners run Basils Bar & Eatery for evenings up the road in Bright.
